FRAME FEATURES
DEFORMATION UNDER LOAD: PROFILE VS. TUBE
COMPARISON OF DEFORMATION OF A CONSTANT SECTION PROFILE AND A TUBE
Simulation of the deformation of a steel spar tube compared to a conventional automotive steel profile (used by most trailer manufacturers due to low material and trailer construction costs) reinforced by perforation in straight and extended sections.
INITIAL DATA
Pipe and profile material – 09G2S or equivalent S355. Wall thickness 3 mm. The dimensions of the profile and pipe are similar, 80x60x3 mm. The profile has an additional perforation to reinforce the wall. The load acting on the centers of the profile and pipe is the same: 100 kg.
SIMULATION RESULTS
Loading: maximum profile deformation value - 1.64 mm, maximum tube deformation value - 0.16 mm.
THE PROFILE DEFORMATION IS 10 TIMES GREATER THAN THE TUBE DEFORMATION
under the same loads, materials and dimensions. The visualization of the deformation result shown is exaggerated by 50 times.
VARIABLE SECTION PROFILE
with perforated reinforcements is subject to 5.7 times greater deformation than a smaller pipe, which is significantly better than a profile with a constant cross section, but still inferior in strength to a pipe of almost the same weight.
DEFORMATION OF THE PROFILE WITH VARIABLE SECTION
The high part of the section is 160 x 60 mm, the wall is 3 mm, the lower part of the section is 90 x 60 mm and the wall is 3 mm thick. The maximum deformation value is 0.91 mm.
OBJECTIVE DISADVANTAGES OF STEEL TUBE FRAME
This means more weight, more complex manufacturing, a larger surface area, or more effort in galvanizing. The tube is less versatile, more labor-intensive to process, takes up more space during transport and storage, unlike a profile, therefore the cost of a tube frame is higher than that of a profile frame. From a manufacturer's point of view, it is faster and cheaper to make a frame from steel profiles, which is why profile frames have become so popular in the EU, unlike the USA, where the term "heavy duty" reigns supreme. Accordingly, tube frames completely dominate. If you need a really high-strength and durable frame, the choice is obvious.

KEY FEATURES
ROLLER SYSTEM
for extending and retracting ladders – ladders can be easily pulled out and retracted from under the low-draft trailer with one hand
SPARE WHEEL UNDERBODY
Equipped with an access system with "vehicle" position at the rear of the trailer, under the floor - easily removable but at the same time protected from theft (unlike spare wheels mounted on the outside of the trailer).
FASTENING THE REAR SUPPORTS
During transport, the trailer is in a horizontal position parallel to the platform and can be easily moved vertically to secure the trailer during loading and unloading. This is done to prevent spontaneous lowering of the stops during travel (this is possible if the stop clamp is not tightened sufficiently; during a long journey, the tension of the clamp may loosen and the stop may fall down).
Galvanized protective housings for the rear combination headlights – welded from polished steel tube with a thickness of 4 mm.
The headlights are covered with plastic housings and equipped with chrome-plated edges to give an aesthetic look and to hide and protect the cables.
Taillights with chrome-plated edges in retro style, in LED technology with dynamic indicator light.
When installing a toolbox (optional) we also add a travel limiter for the handbrake lever.
Illumination of the side reflectors (4 pcs) with chrome-plated edges.
Long-distance marker lights with a soft rubber protective housing (which flexes when hitting an obstacle) and a galvanized extension sleeve are mounted on the tail light housings.
The triangular reflectors are mounted directly on the frame and have additional floor protection made of galvanized sheet steel.
Decorative panel made of galvanized steel covering the drawbar (option).
Practical clamp handle for attaching the ramp inside the platform.
Round fog light with chrome frame.
Braided connecting wire made of stainless steel.
License plate holder car chrome.
